PTW Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage daily issuance of site construction and commissioning permits from sub-contractors.
• Release approved PTWs and provide administrative support to construction managers and issuing authorities.
• Report directly to HSSE Manager.
• Review and verify applied work permits, PTW documents, and necessary attachments.
• Conduct periodic and adhoc PTW audits on site.
• Notify clients, EPC contractors, and subcontractors of critical site activities.
• Maintain an up-to-date PTW registry.
• Verify and review all relative PTW documents, ensuring all required signatures and approvals.
• Maintain and update a display board for all active work permits issued onsite.
• Manage the PTW office and organize coordination meetings with PTW authorities.

Requirements

• PTW controller experience in oil and gas construction
• Strong Word, Excel skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures in oil and gas construction
• ISO 45001 Certification (Construction Industry)
• NEBOSH Certification (IGC1, IGC2, IGC3)
• IOSH Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Project-based permit controller experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
