Project Manager, Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects from development through execution to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget.
• Prepare project cost estimates, appraisal reports and project execution plans (RFP & EPC contracts).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate project resources to meet delivery milestones.
• Monitor and control project expenditures, progress, performance status, cost control and programme reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations for steering committees and executive stakeholders.
• Escalate issues, identify critical risks, implement corrective actions and contribute to lessons learned.
• Represent Masdar with external government and stakeholder representatives as required.
• Manage relationships with service providers and negotiate agreements to safeguard Masdar’s interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6-8 years
• PMP certification
• UAE utilities knowledge
• Project management
• Budget control
• Stakeholder management
• Contract experience
• Strong communication
• Risk mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree advantageous
• Experience with large multinational energy or utility projects
• Exposure to renewable energy, green hydrogen or technology projects
• Experience with EPC contracts and complex sales or international projects
