Program Manager, ADSW

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programmes for Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) including the ADSW Summit, Green Hydrogen Summit, roundtables, and web-series.
• Lead content development, speaker identification and briefing, and preparation of presentation materials and templates.
• Manage the relationship with the appointed Content Partner and ensure delivery in line with contract and Masdar standards.
• Coordinate with Events & Operations on Summit build and logistics.
• Liaise with Masdar Corporate Communications to develop and execute communications plans for ADSW events.
• Ensure high-level speakers (celebrities, ministers, heads of state) are briefed and managed per Masdar protocols.
• Support year-round ADSW programming and ensure targets and objectives are met on schedule.

Requirements

• Based in Abu Dhabi
• Minimum 8 years' experience in event/program content management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing or related field (or higher)
• Proven experience managing large-scale conference content and speaker programmes
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
