Supervisor Pressure Control

Responsibilities

• Manage consolidated BOP fleet across International Rentals and Drilling business units from the Abu Dhabi operations (Mussafah).
• Develop strategy, processes and systems for fleet management, certification tracking and transferable maintenance/record-keeping plans.
• Define and track BOP utilization metrics and annual targets; deliver continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability.
• Consolidate manufacturing and service records across multiple ERPs and maintain accurate documentation for pressure control assets.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and operation of pressure control equipment; provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with business units, vendors and senior leaders to implement service agreements and ensure equipment availability per agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards; respond to emergencies and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize performance.
