Program Manager, Zayed Sustainability Prize

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling and implementation of Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP) programs and initiatives.
• Design and develop new programs, with emphasis on youth-focused activities and ambassador engagement.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery on budget and with limited risk.
• Manage program content for the Prize’s thought leadership platforms and events.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to increase global awareness and position ZSP as a thought leader.
• Streamline program integration and alignment across internal/external stakeholders.
• Support roll-out and engagement strategies for the Prize Ambassador Program.
• Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements for long-term sustainability and growth.
