Sr. Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical engineering activities for IA/PA Upgrade Project across multiple USSC platforms in Abu Dhabi.
• Develop and review single line diagrams, load lists, cable sizing, earthing, lighting, and tray routing.
• Design and modify 415V switchboards/MCCs (CSP-1, NGTP, TAE) and integrate new motor feeders.
• Define motor starting methods (DOL/VSD/Soft Starter), protection settings, interlocks, alarms and shutdown logic.
• Coordinate technical interfaces with Process, Control, ADNOC Offshore Engineering & Operations and other EPC projects.
• Manage and review electrical deliverables from Engineering Subcontractor; enforce ADNOC Offshore guidelines.
• Lead OEM/vendor technical reviews, FAT/SAT participation and vendor coordination during installation and commissioning.
• Perform and review load flow, short circuit, motor starting and protection coordination studies (ETAP/SKM).
• Provide site support for cable pulling, terminations, panel modifications, pre-commissioning and commissioning as required.
• Maintain Interface Register / OMI Register and support shutdown/tie-in planning with Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years in EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Prior ADNOC Offshore approvals and project exposure
• Experience with ABB 800xA, Rockwell ESD, GE Fanuc / Emerson F&G
• Familiarity with PMS / ECMS and ADNOC submission platforms
• Experience with relay setting tools (SEL, ABB, Schneider, GE)
• SAP / Maximo awareness
