Project Manager for UAE

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of banking projects for UAE clients (deputed onsite to a leading UAE bank).
• Plan, schedule and track project milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and third-party integrators.
• Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation and issue resolution to meet timelines.
• Prepare regular status reports, change requests and project documentation.
• Ensure quality assurance, governance and compliance with bank policies.
• Join within a 2-week to 1-month timeframe and be available for onsite deployment in the UAE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Banking experience
• Project management
• PMP or Prince2
• UAE eligibility
• Stakeholder management
• Vendor management
• Immediate joiner

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2
• Experience with core banking implementations
• Background in IT delivery for financial services
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
