Manager- Third Party Sales Channels

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage third-party channel partners selling loans and cards across the UAE.
• Monitor sales performance, review reports and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support approvals, vendor onboarding and contract updates in line with bank policies.
• Train and coach vendor sales teams on products, policies, service standards and selling techniques.
• Drive sales growth for conventional and Islamic cards through channel partners.
• Implement rewards, recognition programs and conduct mystery shopping to ensure quality sourcing.
• Collaborate with Credit, Product, Policy and Contact Centre teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Prepare monthly channel performance reports highlighting risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for cards and loans; identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Work with partners to enhance customer experience and staff productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Islamic banking products and Islamic card sales
• Prior experience managing multiple vendor channels and kiosk operations
• Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations and local market trends
• Arabic language skills
• Experience with sales training design and implementation
