Relationship Manager - Employee Banking

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire new employee-banking clients through networking and outreach
• Manage end-to-end client relationships and act as primary point of contact for enquiries
• Develop and execute creative outreach and retention strategies with Marketing
• Collaborate with CIB, Business Banking and fulfilment teams to deliver integrated retail banking propositions
• Drive multi-product sales and cross-sell retail assets and services at client premises
• Lead generation and pipeline management via FAB CRM; manage bulk account opening processes
• Organise helpdesk/induction activities on-site to generate revenue and improve client experience
• Monitor market and competitor activity; share insights with Business Intelligence to refine strategies
• Ensure adherence to bank SOPs, policies and code of conduct

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years
• Banking experience
• Relationship management
• CRM proficiency
• Sales performance
• Communication skills
• Detail orientation
• Problem solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree preferred
• Experience with corporate & investment banking relationships (CIB)
• Strong knowledge of UAE market and employee-banking programs
• Arabic language skills an advantage
• Proven track record in business development and multi-product sales
