Senior Growth Strategy Manager, VIP Programs

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end global VIP strategy: tiering, value propositions and coverage model
• Lead product & program development for private wealth and VIP benefits
• Build business cases and own commercial success of VIP initiatives
• Analyze client trading data and investor behaviour to inform product and fee decisions
• Perform competitive intelligence and market benchmarking
• Define KPIs (AUM, VIP growth, revenue uplift) and drive performance against targets
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Growth, Design, Finance, Sales and Marketing
• Report and align VIP strategy with executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at top-tier management consultancy, investment bank, private wealth firm, or leading crypto/fintech
• Proven track record launching VIP programs or financial products that drove AUM and revenue
• Prior fee design or pricing reform experience
• Deep understanding of high-net-worth investor needs and operational workflows
• Familiarity with crypto markets and exchanges
• Strong quantitative modelling and segmentation experience
