Senior Officer - Retail Loans Operations

Responsibilities

• Process disbursals and maintenance activities for Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Mortgage, SME, Staff and other loan products
• Manual block placements/releases, settlements, internal A2A transfers, MC issuance and tranche payments
• Set up customized payment schedules, manual interest rate entries in T24 and collateral linking/delinking
• Handle postponement, full/partial settlements, past due recovery, loan restructures, write-offs and cancellations
• Execute EOD checks, daily voucher printing, MC stock and internal accounts reconciliations
• Validate loan documentation, DOA checks, create loans in T24 for manual bookings and diarize second-day activities
• Coordinate with Payment Centre for remittances and obtain sign-offs as per DOA matrix
• Maintain scanning, archival, custody of security items and prepare disbursal memos for authorization
• Ensure strict compliance with policies, SOPs, SLAs and regulatory requirements; participate in UAT and continuous improvement initiatives
• Respond to internal stakeholder queries and provide periodic reports and management information

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 4-5 years experience
• Banking experience
• Loan processing
• T24 experience
• Compliance
• Attention to detail
• DOA knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of retail loan products and end-to-end loan lifecycle
• Experience with collateral management, MC issuance and payment remittances
• Familiarity with audit requirements, risk controls and operational SLAs
• Prior participation in UAT, process improvement and operational reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
