Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Founder & CEO as a strategic partner and force-multiplier.
  • Own and drive end-to-end execution of high-priority cross-functional projects (product launches, market entry, critical ops fixes).
  • Diagnose organisational bottlenecks and design scalable processes (org design, OKRs, performance management, hiring workflows, dashboards).
  • Build and maintain analytics tracking north-star metrics and granular project KPIs; analyze trends and recommend actions.
  • Facilitate cross-department communication to break down silos and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Support fundraising and strategic partnerships through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence prep.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, VC, or operator role at a high-growth startup.
  • Strong problem structuring and synthesis skills; ability to turn ambiguity into clear action.
  • Exceptional analytical capability and comfort with advanced Excel; familiarity with SQL and other analytics tools.
  • Rapid research skills to build well-informed recommendations across unfamiliar topics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience creating clear presentations and memos for leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a fast-growing fintech or financial services startup.
  • Hands-on exposure to OKR design, org design, or performance management implementation.
  • Experience supporting fundraising processes or preparing investor materials.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding tools and building operational reporting.
  • Comfort working in an in-person, high-pace environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
