Founder's Office Associate

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of high-priority cross-functional projects (e.g. launching new products, entering new markets, resolving operational issues)
• Diagnose organisational bottlenecks and architect scalable processes (org design, OKR frameworks, performance management, hiring, dashboards)
• Build and maintain analytics to track core metrics and project KPIs, monitoring key performance indicators to recommend actions
• Facilitate communication across departments, break down silos, and align teams on critical initiatives
• Support fundraising and strategic partnerships via market research, financial analysis, and due diligence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• 2-4 years' experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or fast-growth startup operations
• Exceptional analytical skills; proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, or data analytics tools
• Strong problem-solving; able to structure and dissect complex issues, interpret data for actionable insights
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to craft presentations and memos for leadership
• Ability to quickly research unfamiliar topics for well-informed recommendations
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
