Senior Delivery Manager – EP

Join First Abu Dhabi Bank as a Senior Delivery Manager – EP, leading strategic delivery across Wealth, Business and Personal banking domains including omnichannel platforms and embedded finance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery portfolio across WBS / EP / Omnichannel domains.
• Manage prioritization, resource allocation, interdependencies and delivery roadmaps.
• Own and control delivery budgets, financial tracking and cost optimisation.
• Establish delivery governance, steerco forums and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with product, architecture, infrastructure and operations for seamless integration.
• Manage third-party vendors and partner performance, contracts and SLAs.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery approaches; foster innovation and agility.
• Track KPIs, audit items, risk and compliance across programs.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and capacity planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years overall experience with 10+ years in program/project delivery in financial services.
• Proven experience delivering complex multi-domain banking programs.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAFe / Scrum Master are preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing delivery P&L or budgets.
• Deep understanding of digital banking, omnichannel services and customer journeys.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture, security and infrastructure teams.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influence skills.
