Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Product Manager to manage and grow Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs and deliver on revenue targets.
- Manage client and vendor onboarding, ensure timely implementation of mandated SCF transactions.
- Monitor revenue realization and utilization of SCF deals; trigger corrective actions as needed.
- Identify product, process and system improvements informed by client needs and market trends.
- Prepare bespoke reports for clients and internal product monitoring.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the Bank and regional network to develop a robust SCF pipeline.
- Assist with client escalations and operational efficiency issues end-to-end.
- Proactively manage transaction, fraud, regulatory and compliance risks; propose client solutions.
- Coordinate with channels teams to onboard and train clients on SCF platforms and manage channel-related service issues.
- Work with secondary market distribution desk to execute secondary market deals.
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Communication or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management or Coverage Banking with client origination experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of SCF products and SCF platforms.
- Experience in client and vendor onboarding for SCF programs.
- Understanding of operations processes, controls and related SCF transaction risks.
- Familiarity with UAE banking regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter, performance driven, able to work under pressure and meet delivery targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Emirati national (Emiratised role preferred).
- Experience with Islamic Banking products and regulatory considerations.
- Certifications in trade finance, supply chain finance or relevant banking qualifications (desirable).
- Experience working across regional networks and secondary market execution.
