Manager - Client Services (Emiratized)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, unbiased service to Elite Banking clients via phone, email and in-person
• Act as client point of contact in absence of Relationship Manager
• Assist RMs with account openings/closures and perform KYC/compliance checks
• Process transfers, remittances, FX/FD deals within SLA and obtain special rates where required
• Coordinate investment trade follow-ups with Investment Desk, Custody and Securities teams
• Perform signature verifications and callbacks as required
• Track and follow up on deliveries (cards, cheque books) and maintain registers
• Log and follow up customer complaints in CMS within TAT; produce monthly MIS
• Maintain and update trackers daily/weekly/monthly; ensure correct document registration
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and international branches as required
• Mentor and train junior staff; provide cover during colleagues' leave
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance and regulatory requirements; cooperate with audits

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private/elite banking or wealth support teams
• Prior exposure to investment operations and custody processes
• Familiarity with CMS and MIS reporting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to rotate across segments as required
• Emiratized candidate preference (UAE national)
