Manager- Elite Mortgage Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted mortgage sales strategies to grow Elite banking market share in Dubai and across the UAE
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer segments to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, property developers and key partners
• Lead, motivate and coach the Elite Mortgage Sales team to achieve revenue and pipeline targets
• Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting and reporting; drive conversion and pipeline quality
• Coordinate with credit, operations and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursals
• Ensure full compliance with UAE mortgage regulations, bank policies and KYC/AML requirements
• Represent FAB at client meetings and industry events across the UAE as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Mortgage Banker or equivalent professional qualification
• Proven track record managing high-performing mortgage teams within the UAE
• Strong network in UAE real estate and private banking sectors
• Experience with sales analytics and forecasting tools
• Multilingual communication skills preferred (English and Arabic advantageous)
