Project Manager

Responsibilities

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction. This includes:

• Project Management:
  • Manage and execute infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and monitor project progress.
• Client Relations:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and revenue growth.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes to clients.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and uncertainties.
  • Implement strategies to minimize claims and legal issues.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and direct project teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Design Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate design management processes for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet requirements and client expectations.
  • Manage design changes, approvals, and quality assurance.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Implement project management best practices and SOPs.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years infrastructure project management experience
• Track record managing medium to large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience in design management within infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Project management software proficiency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Understanding of construction contracts and risk management
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and client-focused
