Head of GTM - Trading

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L, GTM strategy, and market penetration for the Trading vertical across the UAE (Dubai) and KSA.
• Define the vertical roadmap covering funding flows, instant withdrawals, verification, fraud, KYC/KYT, liquidity management, token risk, settlement, custody, and treasury needs.
• Segment and prioritise trading sub-verticals: centralized exchanges, brokerages, retail investing apps, OTC desks, market makers, and crypto-native wallets.
• Lead high-stakes enterprise sales cycles with founders, CTOs, compliance, treasury, and product leaders; own deal strategy for new logos and expansions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, PMM, Solutions Engineering, and CSM to influence product priorities, vertical narratives, pricing, enablement, and activation quality.
• Represent Lean externally at industry events, regulator forums, and trading networks; act as the executive face for the Trading ecosystem.
• Build and lead a dedicated GTM POD (AEs, CSMs, SEs) with KPIs tied to trading-specific consumption and revenue growth; coach talent and set performance standards.

• Deep trading ecosystem experience (order flows, routing, risk, custody)
• Crypto infrastructure knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into exchanges or trading platforms
• Background in payments, on/off-ramp, or open banking
• Familiarity with AML/CFT, KYC/KYT, and regional regulatory environments
• Prior experience scaling GTM motions in MENA
• Network within trading and crypto operators
