VP- Business Intelligence & Planning

Responsibilities

• Act as Chief of Staff to the Chief AI Innovation Officer for the AI Hub, driving agenda, planning leadership team meetings and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Plan and manage AI project timelines, milestones, resource and budget allocation, and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular updates to leadership and stakeholders; present status, blockers and KPIs to support decision making.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and steerco materials for senior executive audiences.
• Shape culture, communications, team events and offsites for the AI Hub.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and talent coordination activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, data privacy and regulatory standards across project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing delivery practices and scaling execution frameworks.

• Bachelor degree

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Prior experience with AI/ML workflows
• Experience preparing SteerCo materials for executives
• Agile and hybrid delivery experience
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
