Director - Insurance Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality investment advisory services to Elite Banking clients based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi/Dubai).
• Work closely with Elite relationship managers to create, monitor and rebalance client investment portfolios.
• Generate tailored portfolio strategies and investment ideas aligned with clients' risk profiles and FAB investment outlook.
• Deliver market updates and investment presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Promote investment opportunities across asset classes: equities, bonds, funds, structured products, private markets and alternatives.
• Contribute to business financial targets (investment sales & revenue) under a qualitative framework.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, advisory procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Source new product ideas and support investment-advisory projects to enhance service and operational workflows.
• Coordinate and deliver internal investment training when required.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• CFA
• 5+ years exp
• Investment knowledge
• Portfolio management

• English fluent
• Arabic preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Finance/Economics
• Advanced knowledge of global macro trends and political/economic drivers
• Experience across public and private markets (equities, fixed income, funds, private equity, private credit, structured notes)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently under tight deadlines and to influence senior stakeholders
