Director - Elite Banking

Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition efforts for Elite Banking clients; assess deal desirability with product partners and develop account plans to drive pipeline growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio clients; act as main point of contact and ensure high-quality client servicing and issue resolution.
• Execute targeted call programs to evaluate risks, identify cross-sell opportunities and maximise portfolio revenues.
• Hold regular portfolio meetings to review client needs, products in use and credit positions; ensure regulatory, audit and compliance controls are maintained.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Branches, Legal and Risk to deliver timely client experience and smooth onboarding/servicing.
• Set personal performance goals, identify development needs and maintain professional growth to meet role competency requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience
• Bachelor's degree
• CISI Level 3
• UAE Regulations
• Retail RM experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private or elite banking
• Strong cross-selling track record
• Arabic & English proficiency
• Advanced degree (MBA) or professional finance certifications
