Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial regulatory reporting for GCC entities and group submissions (local GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP).
- Monitor and manage regulatory capital, liquidity and prudential requirements across GCC jurisdictions.
- Act as the appointed Finance Officer for UAE and other GCC entities; maintain accounting processes, policies and systems.
- Lead audit coordination and delivery of annual statutory financial statements and mandatory year-end reports.
- Support regional leadership on capital allocation, budgeting and strategic financial decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, auditors, banks and partners; track regulatory change.
- Partner with Group Finance to implement process improvements, strengthen controls and scale operations.
