Director- Sovereign Wealth Funds & Financial Sponsors - UAE

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds and Financial Sponsors across the UAE.
• Support Managing Directors and Executive Directors in business origination, pitch preparation and deal execution.
• Conduct client and market analysis, financial modelling, term sheets, information memoranda and mandate documentation.
• Coordinate with product teams (structured finance, fund financing, global markets, M&A, debt & equity capital markets, transaction banking) to structure and execute transactions.
• Review and resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects in collaboration with product and enablement units.
• Maintain portfolio credit quality and ensure timely submission of credit reviews and compliance with agreed conditions.
• Prepare and maintain account plans, client files and MIS reporting against budgets and KPIs.
• Drive cross-selling opportunities and achieve individual and team financial targets.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior team members; contribute to talent development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to KYC/AML, ORM, BCP, internal audit and Group policies and procedures.
