Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed construction schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead site teams and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication between design, procurement, and client stakeholders.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company quality control procedures.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve site-level technical issues, mitigating risks to prevent project delays.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports for management and ensure project documentation is updated.
• Cost & Productivity Control: Monitor labor productivity and project costs, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in construction site management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of local building codes, regulations, and international construction standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Timely and successful completion of project milestones.
• High compliance scores in site safety audits.
• Quality inspection approval/pass rate.
• Labor productivity and cost efficiency metrics.
• Minimal cost variance and adherence to budget.
