Senior Bid Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead development and submission of high-quality bids, proposals and presentations for medium to large pursuits
• Interface with growth teams and operations to support capture and win strategy
• Lead responses to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs and ensure bid compliance and schedule adherence
• Create annotated outlines, content plans and structure recommendations for proposal sections
• Serve as lead writer/editor for executive summaries, management approaches, past performance and tailored CVs
• Facilitate color reviews (Pink/Red team), quality reviews and manage implementation of revisions
• Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses and capture planning
• Complete internal debriefs, support win/loss reviews and incorporate lessons learned
• Coach and mentor junior proposal team members
• Support marketing/pursuits content and client/market materials as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP certification preferred
• Experience in Middle East market preferred
• Familiarity with international bidding practices
• Knowledge of local UAE business practices and regulations
• Experience with capture planning and interview preparation
