Job Description
Responsibilities
- Report to Project Manager and Division QC Manager, with communication to the Quality Director and Corporate Material Manager on project quality and civil works materials matters.
- Manage and coordinate all quality activities onsite, including assignment of QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Company.
- Review and monitor application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures at project level for the Quality Department.
- Review contract requirements to determine suitability of Company IMS documents and advise on project-specific versions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized/reputed university.
- Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015.
- Minimum 20 years total experience; at least 5 years as QA/QC Manager in Oil & Gas EPC projects (Pipeline, Piping, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting & Coating, Insulation).
- Experience in managing large-scale capital projects, regular reviews, and critical inspections.
- ADNOC approval as Project Quality Manager.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills.
