Closer (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Engage and convert B2B leads through persuasive Arabic and English conversations
• Develop and execute closing strategies to maximize conversion rates
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure deals
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing teams to identify new business opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Represent the company at industry events and networking activities

Requirements

• Native or near-native Arabic fluency
• Strong negotiation skills
• CRM proficiency
• UAE market knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years
• Valid UAE permit

• Experience in automotive or related industries
• Proven B2B closing track record
• Familiarity with sales analytics tools
• Multilingual capability (additional Gulf dialects)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
