Full Cycle Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering and business functions for Brain Co.'s UAE & GCC organization (sourcing → interview → offer → close).
• Manage all candidate logistics end-to-end: interview scheduling, onsite coordination, and interviewer prep to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Partner with engineering leadership to refine role requirements, improve interview processes, and raise hiring bar on speed and quality.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies and outbound campaigns targeting AI/ML and technical talent across UAE, GCC, and global markets.
• Anticipate and remove process friction, maintain clear communication, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Brain Co.'s precision and mission.
• Structure and negotiate complex offers in collaboration with executives and finance.
• Improve recruiting systems, templates, interview rubrics, and calibration processes; track funnel metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Represent Brain Co. at events, conferences, and in AI communities to build pipelines of world-class technical candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting AI/ML, ML engineering, or applied research talent.
• Track record hiring across engineering, product, and deployment teams in high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS, plus experience running outbound campaigns and market maps.
• Comfort negotiating international and equity-heavy offers and working with finance/leadership on compensation structure.
• Experience representing an employer at conferences and within AI communities; strong employer-brand storytelling.
