Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial and sales hiring managers across EMEA to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks, using proactive outreach and talent pipelining.
- Screen CVs, conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview scheduling, offer negotiation and candidate closing.
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience and keep applicants engaged throughout the process.
- Record and update accurate candidate data and activity in Greenhouse.
- Build strong internal relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Support occasional cross-functional recruitment needs as the business grows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within Financial Services or FinTech.
- Track record hiring commercial, sales or revenue-facing roles internationally.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
- Prior in-house TA or cross-functional recruitment exposure in a high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
