Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial and sales hiring managers across EMEA to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks, using proactive outreach and talent pipelining.
  • Screen CVs, conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview scheduling, offer negotiation and candidate closing.
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience and keep applicants engaged throughout the process.
  • Record and update accurate candidate data and activity in Greenhouse.
  • Build strong internal relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Support occasional cross-functional recruitment needs as the business grows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within Financial Services or FinTech.
  • Track record hiring commercial, sales or revenue-facing roles internationally.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
  • Prior in-house TA or cross-functional recruitment exposure in a high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities.
