HR Associate - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administration, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and personnel files in compliance with UAE labour law.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters and HR correspondences.
• Support visa processing, renewals, cancellations and coordination with PRO services.
• Oversee payroll administration and coordinate accurate, timely submissions with Finance.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and induction programs; maintain onboarding materials and track probation completion.
• Support performance management cycle: goal setting, review coordination and documentation.
• Assist talent management initiatives and employee development plans; track performance metrics.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits processes with confidentiality.
• Manage employee relations matters with discretion and empathy; support engagement and recognition programs.
• Partner with Recruitment Manager on interview logistics, candidate communication and pre-onboarding coordination with IT and hiring managers.
