Job Description

Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with UAE labour laws.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters, and HR correspondences.
  • Support visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PRO services.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely submissions in coordination with Finance.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, creating a positive and structured experience for all new joiners.
  • Coordinate induction programs and ensure alignment with Alcazar’s values and culture.
  • Maintain onboarding materials and track probation completion and documentation.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, review coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist in implementing talent management initiatives and employee development plans.
  • Track and monitor employee performance metrics and feedback processes.

Compensation, Benefits & Employee Relations

  • Coordinate compensation and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee relations matters with discretion, fairness, and empathy.
  • Support engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, wellness events, and recognition programs.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager on recruitment logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Support sourcing, screening, and initial candidate assessments when required.
  • Ensure smooth pre-onboarding coordination between HR, IT, and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced, international company
  • Proven experience managing HR operations, contracts, visas, and payroll
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills—able to represent the company eloquently and professionally
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
  • Empathetic, proactive, and people-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional HR certifications preferred
