Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment cycle: Own every step from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead with data: Use metrics to track and optimize our hiring process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Be a brand ambassador: Communicate our story to candidates and ensure a memorable, positive hiring experience.
• Source top talent: Design and execute innovative strategies to attract the best in FinTech, PropTech, and related sectors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech, real estate, or startups.
• Proven track record of successful hires across both digital and non-digital roles.
• Solid understanding of modern sourcing and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate (on-site role).
