Recruiter, Middle East

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for store roles across UAE & Kuwait from requisition to onboarding
• Develop localized attraction strategies to drive diverse talent to the business
• Partner with Regional, District and Store managers to align on role requirements and hiring timelines
• Collaborate with HR and Global Mobility to support visa and relocation logistics
• Build proactive pipelines and deliver targeted sourcing for store-level roles
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and represent the company employer value proposition
• Present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District Managers
• Use data and insights to optimise recruitment processes and drive hiring outcomes
• Support employer branding, vendor management and ad-hoc recruitment projects
• Travel up to 35% to attend recruiting events, university engagement and in-market sourcing
