Recruitment Specialist (10 years exp required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department managers and stakeholders to identify staffing needs and align hiring with corporate objectives in the UAE.
• Develop and define candidate selection criteria to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment outcomes.
• Lead sourcing activities across digital platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing channels.
• Manage end-to-end interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidate information and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Design role-specific interview questions and assessment approaches to identify top talent.
• Facilitate internal nominations, promotions, and succession planning to support employee career development.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, local employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the hiring manager to meet recruitment goals.
