German Speaking Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage CEO calendar, appointments and travel arrangements with discretion and proactivity
• File and organize documents for quick CEO access; maintain systematic records
• Manage external contacts; track primary contacts and schedule periodic communications
• Anticipate CEO needs and coordinate appropriate people and resources
• Complete critical deliverables and special assignments: set objectives, prioritise, monitor progress and adjust plans
• Plan and coordinate meetings, presentations and executive-level logistics
• Handle a broad range of administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

Requirements

• German fluency
• English fluent
• Bachelor degree
• 3+ years
• UAE experience
• MS Office
• Logistics knowledge
• Diary management
• Communication skills
• Flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
• Prior work experience in UAE corporate culture
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Familiarity with regional business practices and stakeholder management
