Applied Behavior Therapist - Mandatory DOH License

Responsibilities

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) for assigned clients (up to 7 hours direct therapy/day)
• Implement behavior intervention protocols and prompt/prompt-fading procedures as directed by Case Supervisor / BCBA
• Teach social skills individually or in groups when required
• Collect, document, graph, and analyze client data using electronic tools
• Assist with assessment activities under BCBA supervision
• Describe and record behavior in observable, measurable terms; implement Behavior Intervention Plans
• Support clients in daily living activities (self-care, toileting, feeding, grooming)
• Maintain up-to-date client records, session notes and handovers
• Seek and incorporate clinical direction and supervisor feedback in a timely manner
• Maintain company devices and achieve required CPD points

Requirements

• Master's degree
• DOH or DHA
• 2+ years
• ABA knowledge
• Data collection
• English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• BCBA preferred
• Experience with ASD
• Arabic knowledge (advantage)
