Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Protect and respect CNS confidentiality of all business information relating to the company, its partners, distributors, suppliers, and customers.
• Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, including cooperation with internal/external audits.
• Professionally represent CNS core values.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards within the company.
• Stay updated on business trends and market shifts in Abu Dhabi and the wider region.
• Build consultative client relationships up to C-level, understanding unique business requirements.
• Gain knowledge of competitors to position CNS's portfolio strategically.
• Sell the complete CNS portfolio (Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Virtualization, Backup, DR, Support, and Managed Services).
• Prepare and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and projects targeted for closure within the financial year.
• Drive accurate sales forecasts for accounts and revenue.
• Achieve assigned yearly and quarterly targets, win profitable projects, and develop new accounts.
• Increase CNS market share in assigned segments.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and promote long-term relationships.
• Support PM, Collection, and Contract Teams.
• Propose technical and commercial solutions with accurate, value-driven proposals aligned with principal partners.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in Account Management/Sales (Information Technology)
• University or Bachelor's degree
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Demonstrated achievement of high quota
