Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to help desk inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Create, update, and manage support tickets in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Guide and educate users on applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor support ticket status and provide updates to users.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and updates to serve the organization better.

Requirements

  • Technical skills in computer systems, networks, and common software applications
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
  • Customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL V4 Foundation)
  • Minimum 5 years of help desk/IT operations experience
  • Ability to document issues, maintain records, and ensure compliance
