Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Middle East

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for the full Verkada product suite and clearly communicate technical value to customers and partners across the Middle East (based in Dubai).
• Partner with territory Account Executives to expand Verkada into Fortune 500 and enterprise accounts; develop territory strategies and support sales cycles end-to-end.
• Present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders, overcome technical objections, and secure technical wins.
• Design deployments including network security recommendations, bandwidth planning, product selection for physical security, LTE deployments, and cloud security RFP responses.
• Provide technical assistance to account teams, assist with local compliance requirements across regional countries, and act as a technical evangelist at conferences and partner trainings.
• Produce technical content: white papers, knowledge base articles, solution docs, and best-practice guides.
• Travel up to 50% across the region to support customers, partners, and events.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience
• Sales Engineer background
• Networking expertise
• Cloud security knowledge
• API experience
• Linux familiarity
• Bachelor degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications (AWS, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, Security+, CEH, MCSE)
• Experience with surveillance & access control systems
• Startup experience
• Python or scripting experience
• Experience working with Fortune 500 accounts
