Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers and account teams.
  • Deliver timely, organized onboarding and technical enablement so customers realize full value from Cloudflare products.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance across Cloudflare products, best practices, and architecture reviews.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to resolve technical escalations and influence product improvements.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and promote customer retention by surfacing product gaps.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing: internal/external documentation, technical Q&A, and CSE best practices.
  • Travel 20-50% to meet customers, attend conferences, and collaborate with regional teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years post-sales customer management experience
  • Deep understanding of internet fundamentals (OSI layers, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP)
  • Familiarity with reverse/forward proxies and their applications
  • Strong knowledge of security for internet properties (Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, mTLS/Zero Trust)
  • Experience with performance topics (latency, caching, HTTP/2, TLSv1.3, video streaming)
  • Problem solving and root-cause analysis skills; passion for troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, Bash) and eagerness to expand scripting skills
  • Project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Technical curiosity and commitment to staying current with industry trends and Cloudflare products
  • Fluent English and Arabic (required)
  • Willingness to travel regionally (20-50%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or understanding of regulatory/compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2
  • Previous experience with large-scale internet platforms or CDNs
  • Background working in Enterprise customer environments and technical escalation handling
