AI Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven software solutions to automate complex, manual processes in government and industrial sectors.
• Utilize modern web frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms for scalable application development.
• Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders, AI researchers, engineers, and government officials to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Build scalable data pipelines, integrate sensor networks, and prepare systems for production in domains such as energy, healthcare, and government administration.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers while setting examples of high-quality engineering practices.
• Monitor and maintain deployed applications, working with customer engineers to tune and optimize workflows for maximum value and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in hands-on software engineering and product ownership.
• Experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, including microservices and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with modern web tooling (React, Typescript, RESTful APIs, databases).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to travel globally and work onsite with customers for 6+ months.
• Comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Ownership mindset—willingness to solve problems end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on on-site engineering or in client-facing roles (Forward-Deployed, Solutions, Integration, Sales, or Customer Engineer).
• Knowledge of Arabic or regional languages.
• Robust foundation in software design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
