System Administrator- Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own core infrastructure environments across global offices and cloud platforms (network, security, endpoints, SaaS)
• Design, implement and maintain resilient network and security architectures (LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls, access controls, zero-trust)
• Troubleshoot complex incidents with urgency and ownership
• Improve performance and reliability via automation, monitoring and proactive maintenance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security and Automation teams to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with monitoring and incident management tools (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty)
• Scripting/automation experience (Python or equivalent)
• Backup and disaster recovery experience
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls and zero-trust principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building proactive alerting and dashboards
• Experience leading or contributing to large cross-functional IT projects
• Familiarity with endpoint management and enterprise SaaS administration
• Certifications in networking, cloud or security (e.g., CCNA, AWS, GCP, Security+) are a plus
