• Perform bicycle maintenance and technical repairs for customers
• Provide high-quality customer service and technical advice
• Contribute to the overall operation of the Hameln store
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency

Requirements

• Completed training or significant experience as a bicycle mechatronics technician
• A genuine passion for bicycles and cycling culture
• Professional experience within the sports industry
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Resilience and organizational talent, especially during peak seasons
• A conscientious and independent way of working
