Zone Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Branch Manager and Security Programs Manager
• Ensure all staff within the assigned portfolio receive proper training aligned with company and client standards
• Maintain up-to-date Site Orders in both physical and TrackTik formats
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct motivational or disciplinary discussions
• Oversee site training and employee orientation programs
• Perform ongoing security assessments of client facilities and provide recommendations
• Review incident reports and take appropriate action on identified issues
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with client expectations and Paladin’s Code of Ethics

Requirements

• Valid Alberta Security License
• Advanced Class 5 Driver’s License
• 1–2 years of security experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or related discipline
• Knowledge of provincial or national standards related to security, privacy, and building codes
