About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage capital project execution from concept and engineering through procurement, construction, and final handover
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and design standards
  • Develop and implement projects to improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of production units
  • Drive process improvements and site operational efficiency initiatives
  • Provide engineering support to production units within the Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Energy (O.N.E) Network
  • Prepare scope of work documents, conduct cost estimations, and manage project schedules
  • Facilitate design reviews and manage changes in project scope to minimize impact on deliverables
  • Maintain a personal zero-accident safety record and participate in life-critical safety programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls)
  • 2+ years of operational or engineering experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Willingness to travel for 1 to 15 days with little advance warning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solution-oriented with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under stress and time constraints
  • Comfortable working in both corporate and field environments
  • Familiarity with Google, MS Office, MS Project, Maximo, and Oracle
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
