Zone Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for program implementation and child wellbeing outcomes within the East Indonesia zone.
• Develop and implement zonal strategies, including geographic focus, advocacy issues, and funding growth plans.
• Manage resource acquisition by identifying new funding opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
• Ensure high-quality program implementation, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with organizational policies and donor compliance.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government ministries, donors, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Lead and mentor multi-cultural program teams, providing coaching and capacity building to ensure effective performance.
• Manage operational risks, ensuring strict adherence to safeguarding and fraud prevention policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in development program management at a managerial level.
• Proven ability to manage and lead multi-cultural teams effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal (minimum TOEFL score of 450).
• Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Willingness to reside in the zonal area and spend at least 33% of time conducting field visits to projects.
