Zone Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for program implementation to achieve child wellbeing outcomes within the West Indonesia zone.
• Develop and implement zonal strategies, including geographic focus, advocacy issues, and funding growth plans.
• Manage resource acquisition by identifying new funding opportunities and contributing to project proposals.
• Ensure high-quality program implementation, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with organizational policies and donor compliance.
• Build capacity among program staff and partners through mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning.
• Represent the organization to internal and external stakeholders, including government ministries, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Lead and manage zonal teams, providing line management, performance coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Manage operational risks, ensuring strict adherence to safeguarding and fraud prevention policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in development program management at a managerial level.
• Proven ability to manage multi-cultural teams effectively.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) with a minimum TOEFL score of 450.
• Strong project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to reside in the zonal area and spend at least 33% of time in the field visiting projects.
