Zone Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all production activities for the specific zone to ensure customer orders are processed on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements
• Lead, direct, and coordinate a team of employees, providing guidance, development, and motivation in alignment with HR policies
• Manage the production budget, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and proper cost allocation
• Implement and control the RPS (Rapid Problem Solving)/8D process to maintain high quality standards
• Adhere to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S processes to optimize machine capacity and workplace organization
• Facilitate continuous improvement and optimization to achieve year-over-year non-material savings targets
• Ensure strict adherence to safety requirements, environmental policies, and ISO/TS/EMS standards through regular audits
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical reliability and maintenance of equipment and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical/business field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Direct experience with Injection Molding
• Experience working within the Tier 1 Automotive industry
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical/business field
• Experience using SAP
