Zone Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute campaigns and field strategies to deliver sales and growth targets across the designated zone.
• Manage performance through regular 1:1 meetings, KPI tracking, and detailed data analysis.
• Drive the recruitment, activation, and development of Sales Leaders and Representatives.
• Implement action plans to improve regional results and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead field engagement through campaign launches, training activities, and regular meetings.
• Support talent development through proactive coaching, training, and recognition initiatives.
• Use digital tools and reports to monitor performance and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage operational processes including forecasting, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Act as a key link between Sales Leaders and the wider business to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of sales experience, ideally within FMCG, retail, direct selling, or distribution.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Experience managing and developing teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a geographically spread network in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to be based within the designated zone and actively engage with the field.
